With reference to your letter of the 13th: instant,

I find that you have not complied with my stipulation

in regard to the annexe at the rear of the main build-

ing. Sines you raise such strong objections to comply- ing with my requirements in this matter, I offer you

the alternative of altering the disposition of the buildings by constructing the annexe approximately in

the position at present shown to be sccupied by the small building containing a bath and latrine,

2. Subject to your doing this to my satisfaction, no further objection will be raised by me under olause 4 of the Special Conditions of Sale.
